Jianpu Modification Plugin - special character

Hello everyone,

I'm starting from the Jianpu plugin and notenames-as-lyrics

I would like to change some of the notes from octave C3-C4-C5.
The numbers are showing correctly for each notes but I would like to get more control on each notes to be replaced by my characters :
octave 3 : C,D,E,F,G,A,B
into ➊, ➋,➌,➍,➎,➏,➐.

In the screenshot below, I understand how to differenciate the octave but don't know how to affect each note individually.
