How to read key signature with non common accidentals

Hi.

I am working in a plugin that tunes the notes to match those of the 53TET scale (aka Turkish or makam scale). It also tunes the microtones of this scale, marked with the accidentals FLAT_SLASH2, FLAT_SLASH, LOWER_ONE_UNDECIMAL_QUARTERTONE, SHARP_SLASH, SHARP_SLASH3 and SHARP_SLASH2.

So far so good, except for the fact that I am not able to read these accidentals if they are in the key signature.

Any suggestion?
