Chords & other text

I haven't used Musescore for a couple of years and I have forgotten a lot. Mostly, I've worked it out enough to write a score, but...
Text: The box on the left labelled "text" doesn't help me at all. At the moment, all I want to do is to add chords below the staff - not pictures of guitar chords, but things that anybody can understand like "Gdim, B7, Em, etc.".
Nevertheless, I can't even see how to add lyrics - didn't it use to be something like Command T or L?

Still, if someone can help me to add chords so that I can send my score to another musician, I would be grateful.
