Another Volta quistion
Perhaps I am blind, but how to get the composers playback-intention correct in this case? The answer must be very simple. I can rearrange it all to get it working, yes, but how to keep the layout?

…question..

It is certainly not clear to me what the composer's intention is in that example. Can you explain and give a road map - eg. the measures should be played in this order 1, 2, 1, 2 etc. I can manage that bit but then it gets rather weird - possibly 3 then 4 or perhaps 5 and 6 then back to 1 (?) but a Coda should go at the end - coda means "tail" and all the tails I know are at the end, not in the middle. No, I am lost now.

Perhaps this is what you want - just perhaps. There is much guesswork here.

Hi and thanks for answering. Appreciated!
The intended play-sequence (and the composer's!) in my example is bar 1,2,1,2,3,5,6 - 1,2,4. Your proposal solves this, yes, but I thought I would try to keep the layout.
Musescore does not allow for manually adjusting the play-count, I think.
I believe that would be a way to get my example "working".
Thanks again!

1,2, 1,2,3,5,6, 1,2,4 without changes to layout
1,2 = repeat 1
1,2,3,5,6 = repeat 2 (use volta's to make it so)
1,2,4 = D.C al Coda with ToCoda on 2 and Coda on 4. Change labels/visibility as required, cover 4 with an otherwise inaccessible volta.

Ahh...
Repeat list of 0 (zero).
An arcane bit of knowledge, bordering on the occult... :-)

A repeat list of 666 works too, if you prefer to occult to the arcane ;-)

Always great to see the magicians at work!
And this was tricky, but works! Anyway: I reverted to rearranging the score :(
But thanks for the magic!
