Edited Dynamics style not applying to new items

Editing "Dynamics" text style applies the change to any existing items, but not to new ones.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Input some notes.
2. Input a dynamic on a note.
3. Edit text style > Dynamics. Change Y Offset from 8sp to 10sp.
4. Input another dynamic. It remains at the default 8sp position.

Tried doing the same with Tempo style, but in that case, it works as expected.

Workaround (Must be repeated after any new dynamic):
- Edit text style > Dynamics. Change Y offset back to 8.00sp. Apply.
- Change Y offset back to 8.00sp. Apply.

Confirmed using 0.9.5, Windows XP. In the nightly builds, however, changing the offset via Edit > Edit Text Style > Dynamics has no effect on existing or new dynamics.
