Playback is too fast
Hi! Recently I've been messing with the audio output of my laptop with my headphones on. When I tried to get back to using the original speakers of the laptop, I wasn't able to find the right preferences in the I/O menu, so I put all the preferences back to default mode. Ever since, the playback tempo has become way too fast. I have already checked the Play Panel but wasn't able to find anything strange there. Is anyone able to help me?

Try re-starting your laptop.
In general, avoid disconnecting headphones while MuseScore is running. Playback won't revert to speakers. You can try pushing the Restart Audio Devices button in I/O or hitting the MIDI button ( to the right of the Concert Pitch button in the center of the Menu Bar) twice. Probably won't work. What does work is to restart MuseScore without the headphones.
