Bonjour
Tout nouveau sur Musescore et ayant beaucoup de mal avec l'anglais je poste ma demande en français: je ne sais pas commment créer la portée "accords" pour accordéon.

I saw you found also the French forum (https://musescore.org/fr/node/336342) ;-).
This kind of notation isn't direct implemented in MuseScore. Maybe for the notation of the letters you could use sticking (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/drum-notation#sticking). For the playback you've to add chord symbols (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/playback-chord-symbols-nashville-nu…) and maybe to hide them. There you've also adjustments to change the sound and the voicing of the chord symbols.
This is how to do it:
1 - Style chord disable automatic capitalization to be able to enter things: "A am am" (The A will sound as A major but wait for step 2)
2 - Select all uppercase chords and then in the inspector select bass only in realisation
