This is more a function of the sound font, rather than the software. You will probably have to search online for that effect. Then you can add it to MuseScore.
MuseSounds Strings (currently in testing) list col legno as one of their sounds. Though I'm not sure whether an automated text to make it choose those samples is available already, nor whether it will be by the time 4.0 is released.
