Turn Tab into fretboard diagrams?

Hey folks,

Is there an easy way to turn tabs into fretboard diagrams? I wrote out some tabs for some intermediate guitarists who want to learn "You Are Not Alone" by Michael Jackson. In the
Vamp" section i wrote out the chords in tabs--is there an easy way to transfer this to fretboard diagrams?
