Musescore 3 in the Palettes menu after splitting each instrument into individual instrument parts and in Musescore 4 you cannot. In Musescore, the song title tab was clearly set up and all the notes for each instrument were in that tab.
E.g. Tab: Hallelujah and when clicked, all selected instruments e.g. trumpet, piano, drums, violin were opened and the notes were loaded. Is this possible or not in Musescore 4?
Will there be a manual for Musescore 4? Can the previous version be installed? I accidentally uninstalled it :(. I am Czech, the text is translated.

I'm not understanding what you mean about palettes - they don't relate to instruments or parts at all. But anyhow, to create parts in MsueScore 4, simply press there Parts button on the toolbar, then Open All.
The online handbook for MuseScore 4 is accessible directly from the Help menu. It's still a bit of a work in progress, but we do expect to make it available for translation once it feels a little more ready.
