Muse Sound - Tuning issue of Alto Saxophone
Hey everyone! I'm sure I am far from the only one having a ton of fun using the new Muse Sounds, but I wanted to mention that I have an intonation issue with the alto saxophone in the woodwinds pack for the Muse Sounds soundfont. I have attached an excerpt from my current project and highlighted where and when I have a tuning issue. At this particular dynamic and note (about mp, and a written f#5), the alto saxophone is somewhere around a quarter tone flat.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Cheers to MuseScore 4!

I am too.
It's still happening two years later :[ I'm arranging Heather (Conan Gray) for big band, and I have alto sax playing concert F5 and E5 in dotted quarters at 110bpm, and the E comes out SO flat. It makes the rest of the section sound so bad.
Yup - literally all the saxes using MuseSounds sound fairly out of tune on specific notes

Interesting. I wrote 2 measures for alto sax. 4 half notes. D5, F5, E5, E5. When I played it, the first E5 did sound flat. But the second E5 seemed to sound a tad higher. My hearing isn't the best any more so I thought it was some kind of problem with my hearing. Just for the fun (?) of it, I tied the two E5s. Man, what a mess. The flat note and the closer note played at the same time. Try it.
