Page width

I have a display with a screen size 1920 x 1080, which is generally wide enough to view to documents side by side. I'd like to be able to see two instances of MuseScore 4 side by side without overlap, or (say) an MS3 score and the same score loaded into MS4 side by side (to compare layout, etc.). But the minimum width to which the MS4 window can be shrunk exceeds half the screen width - something like 1052 pixels. Does this have to be so?
