When changing or inserting time signature in a bar all page or system breaks located after the bar are deleted. Breaks located before the inserted or changed time signature are not affected.

Perhaps it is supposed to be like this for some reason, but it seems like a bug to me.

Perhaps this is fixed in 4.0.1 but I've been unable to update to 4.0.1 as the updater will not finish the install.
