MS4 not recognizing musesounds?

Hello all! The title above is just an interpretation of the problem, if I actually knew what the issue was I probably wouldn't be here on the forums. But anyways... the main issue is that MS4 seems to not recognize that the musesounds are installed. I have them all downloaded onto my PC from the musehub but musescore does not have them as a sound option in the mixer anymore (this is a new problem, musesounds have worked before), but my other VST's still appear. I have restarted the app, restarted my PC, and even gone as far as to delete musescore and the musesounds entirely and redownload them but the issue persists. I have not changed any settings on my computer or MS so I don't the issue.
