musescore 4 export panel inconsistent with mixer list
per example screen shot below, first three instruments in the score are Saw Synthesizer, Oboe, and Sweep Synthesizer. However, the Export-Select parts to export panel shows them as Saw Synthesizer, Piano 4.1, and Piano.

This works fine for me when I open your score in 4.0;2. Be sure to be using that version )the msot recent, released yesterday). It's also possible it was a temporarily glitch that fixed itself when you saved the score.
