Static / Popping Noise
When I play the attached file, I keep hearing what sounds like some static or popping noise. It sounds to me like when you would have a faulty connection in the speaker/headphone cable. But I have tried playing it over headphones and the internal speakers on my PC and it still persists. I upgraded the RAM to see if it was a resource issue, but it does not seem to make much of a difference. Is there a setting that I am missing in regards to the rendering? My computer has a AMD Athlon Gold 3150U and I upgraded to 20 of RAM. When I tested this on a different computer with 24GB of RAM and an i5 6400, I did not experience this issue. Is the small difference in these computers enough to be causing this issue? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

You don't say which version of MuseScore you are using. I suspect it is MS 3.6.2 - is that right?
I have listened to this score both in MS 3.6.2 and in MS 4.0.2, and it plays perfectly. So you may want to check through some previous threads on this topic:

To answer your question. No, the differences in ram and CPU are not the problem.
This being a MU3 file, try a different driver in the API dropdown list in Edit>Preferences>I/O.
MU3 will run on 4gigs of ram.
For MU4, Check here:https://musescore.org/en/node/339915
