Change the score title? Composer? Instruments? Key signature? Time signature? Number of measures? etc.

Thanks. I figured out how to change individual notes. I know how to add measures. But I don't know how to delete measures. Can I use Shift-Mouse click to change other items? I want to know how to change all the items in your list and found the manual very difficult to search for specific questions.

Use Google to find the relevant section in the Handbook. In this case "Adding and removing measures":
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/adding-and-removing-measures
And in the end, there is no substitute for reading the entire Handbook... Sorry, but that's the truth. ;-)

Thank you. An invaluable link. I think my problem is that I don't know when to use "control" vs "shift" for various options. But I'm beginning to understand the thinking. And yes, I'm afraid I may have to print the handbook. It's too hard to read on my laptop. Thanks again.

It's worth looking at the shortcuts with this menu path:
Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts
Once on the Shortcuts screen, you can sort either by ACTION or by SHORTCUT (click on the column header). And you can find shortcuts using a specific word in either of those columns, by using the Search shortcuts box.

PS. I could not figure out how to "select" several measures. But now I see that I have to click in the "blank" portion of the measure, and then hold down "shift" while clicking on the following measures. Thanks again.

You can also click the first note of the first measure to select and shift click the last note of the last measure to select.

Or shift ctrl end after the first click if you need to select up to the end of the score.
