"System and page breaks" vs. "All layout"
When I export my files as musicXML I have some options there to choose from. One option there is "System and page breaks" and another one is "All layout". Can anyone here, please, explain to me in simple terms the difference between these two options? Thank you.

I guess my question is rather stupid and that's why it's been ignored.
If so, can anyone, at least, provide a link to where the answer lies?
