Eighth notes and half note
I'm not able to insert the eight note before the triplet without being joined to the triplet. How can I write exact measure on the picture attached? Thank you.

That's not a triplet, those are three eighth notes. You can break the beam between the first eighth note and the subsequent ones by using information found in the manual under Beams.
