A plugin or a new «feature»?

I find it useful and even “correct” sometimes to simply have the dynamic of the piano left-hand «raised» a level above the right hand.
When the melody-line is played in the left hand this would be handy.
Would it be too difficult to include this feature:
Select a range, «move dynamics to left hand and raise dynamics «x-levels»?
