Muse Hub Not Working

Muse Hub is not working and keeps saying "unable to connect to Helper. Please contact support." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times, and the same error message keeps appearing. All the sounds that I downloaded are also gone. Is there anyway to fix this?
