Musescore 4.0.2 will not start

I looked around for a bit, ended up finding a crash log file. It seems like the main error is this:

which was followed by 2 warnings after an info:

tried installing with and without the musehub, didn't work. the missing file in the error is "qt_ko.qm", which according to Google, is a translation file (and my first language is korean so that's it with ko)
+it didn't work before. i had musescore 2 on this computer long ago, deleted it some time before, and installed 4 and didnt work
