415 Hz pitch and 1/6 comma meantone

Hi, I'm trying to get playback on musescore 4 to sound at a=415Hz, in 1/6 meantone. Once I have applied the meantone plugin, as far as I'm aware the only way to get playback to 415Hz is to add -100 to all notes, but the adjustments for meantone in the plugin are then lost. Am I missing something here, or do I need to manually add the adjustments for every note to allow for meantone and 415 HZ?
