It's not clear what you did, but that's not a folder you should ever be putting files in. If you wish to use a custom soundfont, place it in your own SoundFonts folder - Documents/MuseScore4/SoundFonts. Then restart MsueScore and it should be available for use.

Thanks. But I don't this directory as image annexed.
