weird clicking during playback
I upgraded to musescore 4 and noticed a weird clicking noise that slows down the tempo. The problem doesn't exist in musescore 3. any ideas what's going on?

That sounds like a problem I'm having with 4.1. A short way into any session, the playback sound starts to break up and then hangs completely. Only way to fix it is to close and restart MuseScore. My specs:
Windows 10 64-bit
Athlon 8-core 4GHz
RAM 8GB

I think that's a different problem. For me, the clicking doesn't stop at all. It just messes with the tempo.

Look at the mixer while the clicking is happening. Do any channels show sound in the meters that go along with the clicks?

It seems that opening the mixer corrected the problem.
