Restoring Session
So I was creating a serenade, but while I was trying to add some items to palettes, the app suddenly crashed. My file was new and unsaved. I reopen the app to try and recover the file but the app just does nothing and all of my work is lost.
I even turned on autosave but the score did not autosave.
Can you fix this bug for me please?

So, what bug? Autosave for most applications works on an every X minutes basis. Your score was last (auto)saved a few minutes prior to the crash. Anything entered before the next autosave will not have been saved.
Now, if you can precisely remember the steps that led to the crash then maybe that can help the programmers prevent it occurring again. Attach the score, if possible.
