Transposing score from concert pitch

I'm finding Musescore 4.1.1 isn't able to change from concert pitch to written pitch properly. For example, create a score using the Brass band template and create a score in Bb major in concert pitch. Swap between the concert pitch and written pitch and the key signature on the first page will change correctly, but not on the subsequent pages. On subsequent pages in playing pitch, the Eb instruments on the score will correctly have one sharp, but the Bb instruments will still have the two flats from when the score was being viewed in concert pitch. It will also insert random key signatures into extracted parts.
