Positions are not saved when using keyboard to move

For example, if I move figures bass with the trackpad, position is saved when cmd + s, but not when I move it with the keyboard (arrows).

Furthermore, if I click something and try to move it with the keyboard, it's stuck, I have to move it first with the trackpad.
