How to notate multiple measures of rests

I am writing a vocal part where there are 4 measures of rest while the accompaniment plays and I can't for the life of me find anything on the palette where I can select the thick bar that goes in the measure and the number on top to indicate how many measures of rest. I'm new to MuseScore so am on a learning curve but am having fun! Thanks for your help...Janine
