Your score plays fine on my computer (Windows 10). It's an old machine, but it has a big SSD.
Does your computer setup meet the Minimum System Requirements for MS4? In particular, do you have a hard disk (HDD) or a solid-state disk (SSD)? A conventional hard disk (HDD) uses spinning platters, and in general these moving disks are too slow to keep up with the software! A solid-state dis (SSD)k has no moving parts: it's just a huge chunk of memory, with a much quicker flow of data.

Your score plays fine for me, so most likely it's an issue specific to your system. On some computers, the audio sample rate doesn't get handled properly, so see if you can find your audio device settings in your OS and explicitly set 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.
