Cannot download musehub/musescore
>>> I posted this to the Musehub support forum about 3 weeks ago and since then I've had one reply from support which was essentially "I don't work on this but I'll send it to the people who do", and I've heard nothing further from that so I'm posting it here to see if anyone in this (larger) community either is having or has had this problem as well. <<<
Recently updated my computer (MacBook Pro M2) to macOS Sonoma... Muse Sounds uninstalled so I figured it was normal and reinstalled them, Muse Strings didn't work on my score, and I went to try just deleting and reinstalling Muse Hub itself. Downloaded from MuseScore website, and can't open it. I get this message: "Unable to connect to Helper. Please contact Support. – Unable to update helper settings: The version of the helper is (1.0.2.1686558704) is not expected (1.0.1.1673068602)" (screenshot below)... tried to contact the support with a message through this website [and a forum post], but still haven't heard back [except as noted above]. Is it an issue with Sonoma? If so, is there an estimate on the time frame that the two will be compatible? Thanks

I have the same error message and i found no answer in any forum. Is muse hub not updated for macos sonoma ? Thanks
I am having the same difficulty on Mac Monterey OS. States it needs to download helper, but nothing happens and can't open Muse Hub.
Just downloaded Musescore Studio 4 but have same problem with installing Hub Helper. Doesn't recognise my username/password combination. have reset password but still doesn't work. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
