How to set a default sound for a soundfont?

I already know how to set a default soundfont in the synth settings, but how can I set a default sound within said soundfont so I don't have to change it every time I fire Musescore up? Harpsichord Zell is a great soundfont with many registers (I know you're reading this Marc Sabatella ;) ), but I'd like for the one in the picture to be the default one. Is it possible?
