Make type of arpeggio editable in the properties tab of arpeggi

Just a nice QOL change. Would mimic behaviour of, for example, barlines, where the different kinds of barlines not only exist as options in the palette but can also be altered in the properties tab of a barline. Would for example make it possible to select a group of normal arpeggi and change them all to upwards arpeggi more quickly.
