Save workspace as a file to share/import/export [MuseScore 4.1.1 - Windows]

There's an issue of workspaces returning to default when restarting MuseScore 4.1.

But more than that, we need a way to actually export and import workspace save files. Like we have for style and keyboard shortcuts. BTW importing keyboard shortcuts doesn't work in 3.6.2, I have yet to test if it works in MuseScore 4.1.
