Page formatting suggestions

I've had a lot of issues getting the program to format my page setups well. Even with "auto" selected on hiding parts without content in them on certain pages, the parts still display, so hiding them requires selecting "always", which isn't always appropriate.

It would also be great to not have page formatting settings impact the main score and all secondary part scores unless I want them to--they should be editable independently.
