Score display on video

When I create a video of a score (to be uploaded to youtube) how the score displays seems somewhat dependent on the instrumentation? That is, if it is a work for solo piano, the score displays fairly close up.
However, if I write for string quartet, the score shows very small. Is there any way to configure this?
