saving score unsuccesfull

Good day to you,

Recently I started using MuseScore version 4 and experience problems when trying to save a score I developed for my musical study. Previously I used MuseScore version 3 and that went flawless.

Can you helpme to find the cause and offer me a solution? I tried to save on the hard disc of my computer as well as in the cloud.
