Error when attempting to open music on computer

Receiving the following error messages when trying to open music sheet:
This page isn't responding
Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG

Please let me know what is required to resolve this issue.

Please give more detail such as what machine you use, what operating system, what software version. Please attach the problem file.
