It's not allowing me to download different sounds from the musehub saying the muse background service isn't running?

Try rebooting; normally that service runs at startup and keeps running but something must have gone wrong.

It didn't work and the helper status isn't connecting either

Is this Windows? Make sure you have all OS updates, and reboot again. If still no luck, ask for help on the Muse Hub support site - musehub.zendesk.com
