Enter musical notes using the keyboard
I can't enter notes or change the pitch of notes using the keyboard, it's really inconvenient to have to use the mouse to enter notes, which slows down my progress.

The keyboard input method works and has always worked well in all versions (4.2.1 now). So don't look to MuseScore for the problem. Either it's your keyboard (surprising, but why not) or try: menu Help / Restore to Factory Settings
