Different tunings

I want to experiment with other tunings (such as 17 or 19 tet), but I don't know how. I enabled all the plugins involved with tuning, but it doesn't give me an option for these types of tunings. I know that I can just change each note in the properties tab, but it would just be faster and more accurate if I can change the default tuning. I haven't fully mastered MuseScore, so that setting might be already be there, but I don't know.
