Is copying and pasting not as intuitive as I would like it to be or am I missing something?
I come from Finale. I like MS4 because of small (big) things like Ornaments and accidentals above and below. Stupid Finale still doesn't do that in a graceful way. Regardless: in Finale if I copy and paste a measure I can choose to have the clefs I am using copied over as well. Also, if some measures are partial measures (ie: pickup) those details will be copied as well. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to replicate that in MS4. It seems like I will have to go through and change the clefs/measure as they should be. Seems like a silly thing to have to do. Please tell me I am wrong and missing something. Admittedly, I am pretty new to MS4 but googling this has yet to be helpful... it's all people telling me how to copy and paste... 😂😂😂 duh, I know how to do that. This is a more advanced/niche use case.

Here is a video demonstrating some of my issues with copying and pasting in MS4: https://youtu.be/76xocEj7FNw
Copy/paste is only very partially implemented in MuseScore... Asking for a proper implementation is a 10 (even more !) years old request...

Ahh, I see... well, here's my vote as a relatively old newcomer. (Used Musescore a LONG time ago but now getting back into it after using Finale and really learning about notation software for the last 5-6 years.) MS4 is pretty great!
This problem has been the subject of a long discussion on Github:
