When updating from say version 4.3 to 4.3.1, in Windows 11 you end up with entries for both versions in the Control Panel Programs and Features. The installation should either automatically (or give an option) to uninstall (after prompting to backup) the existing version. Or, if it is in fact "updating", it should remove the old entry from Programs and features.
