Add Accelerators to Palettes/Menus/Properties etc
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.1-241490900, revision: 026c26b
For example: Instruments palette, I click the gear icon
I'd like to press Alt+R for Replace Instrument
With Family highlighted, I'd like to tap eg V for Vocals
Then tab to Instruments, press A for Alto, or B twice for Bass.

No, it's a request for NEW non-Alt accelerators, hence it's in Feature Requests, and the other (existing ALT accelerators don't work) is in Bug Reports. I see an answer there that the problem is the way user-defined Alt keyboard shortcuts have been implemented. They don't need to be underlined and triggered by an Alt combination, just press the normal letter once a menu has focus. Just, as in say listboxes or dropdown lists, jump to the next item beginning with the pressed key. I'm thinking of the Instruments Family/Instrument dialog here, but probably applies to others.
