Installing MDL on Musescore 4

I'm trying to download Musescore Drumline into my Musescore 4 application, and it doesn't seem to be working properly. A lot of the tutorials are telling me to go to Help > Resource Manager, but the Resource Manager option isn't there for me. Also, I'm not sure how to properly download MDL in the first place. Any help is greatly appreciated.
