"Reload Plugins" button not working?

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a bug or just something stupid I did. I was trying to install a new plugin when I discovered this behaviour.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open MuseScore 4
2. On main menu, go to Plugins > Manage Plugins
3. Copy the plugin file into the MuseScore's Plugin folder. For my case, that's [User Documents folder]\MuseScore4\Plugins
4. Go back to MuseScore and click "Reload plugins" button on the top right of the screen.
5. New plugin does not show up in the list of plugins below.

Expected behaviour: New plugin shows up after clicking "Reload plugins"

Found workaround:
On the left panel where you see "My accounts", "Scores", "Plugins", etc. Click anything except "Plugins" to get away from "Plugins" and then click back "Plugins" to go back to the plugins page. Ta-da... the new plugin appears in the list now.

My spec: OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.2-241630831, revision: 22b46f2
