Error loading VST3 - Spitfire audio

Hey, so, spitfire LABS recently went through an update, and now, even though it shows up in the VST3 menu of the mixer, when clicked, it just creates an empty popup window, and doesn't load LABS, does anyone know how to rectify this issue?

Hi, I saw your post this very afternoon while I was trying to solve the same issue. Here's what I finally did (and it solved it). I work with Musescore Studio 4 on Windows 10 :

Uninstall Spitfire Audio and the previous version of LABS (and remove the files stored in the repository C:\Users\YourName\Spitfire to clean it)
Open Musescore 4 and restaure the default settings (Help menu >> revert to factory settings)
Install the new version of LABS. No need to reinstall Spitfire.

You should now be able to download any sound library you need on the LABS interface. When the mixer window is opened in Muse score, you can click VST3 >> Spitfire Audio >> LABS and then the LABS window opens properly. The downside is that I had to re-download all the LABS libraries I'm used to work with...
