Request for Instruments to be Added to Muse Sounds
I was curious to know if MuseScore was making any efforts to add what I believe to be some very important instruments to their Muse Sounds. I really enjoy the Muse Sounds, but I find they are quite limited for the types of ensembles I write for, one of which being the wind ensemble.
As of now, there is currently no Euphonium sound, nor a sound for Contrabass Clarinet, two very popular instruments in the wind band instrumentation. There's also no Flugelhorn sound, despite that being popular in the wind band and jazz world. I do find it strange that MuseScore omitted these instruments upon the release of the Muse Sounds, but included the Cimbasso. It is also worth mentioning the lack of a Pipe Organ sound, and solo sounds for choir voices.
I really enjoy using MuseScore, as it gives people like myself an opportunity to write music that looks professional, without going through the paywall that programs like Sibelius, Finale, and Dorico have. I think the inclusion of these important instruments would greatly benefit other composers like myself.
Thank you!

Almost all of the Instruments are present in MuseScore basic (see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/mixer#Overview). For the sounds in the MuseHub catalog, since it is managed by a third party you might try asking them (https://www.musehub.com/).

I know they all have their MS Basic sounds. Some of them are alright, but the Flugelhorn in particular isn't really a sound you can work with. It doesn't really resemble the sound of the instrument at all.

I don't think that asking for Muse Sounds over here is useful. None of the asking ever resulted in success.
I guess a flugelhorn nor an euphonium aren't even available in the 3rd party muse sounds. (i cannot know, since Linux users don't have the option)
