Can't open MusicXML file converted from Sibelius
I have no clue why this is happening but when I try to convert this show I have from Sib to MS with mxml MuseScore reports a bunch of errors and then only loads 3 measures when they are supposed to be like a hundred or so.

done, I added it to the original post
Loaded into 3.x and fixed a measure, exported, then loaded into MS4. Seems to be "okay" in the sense that it will load now. Hope this helps
The MusicXML exported by Sibelius contains empty measures (i.e. the xml "measure" element does not have any children). This is legal MusicXML, although the meaning is not specified. MuseScore 3.x accepts it, MuseScore 4.x doesn't (tried a development version of 4.4). Will investigate further and submit an issue to get this solved.

Alright, I’ll grab 3.x and try that for now.
It’s odd cause I did this on an older version of 4.x with the same file and it was fine so idk what’s up with it now. Thanks Muse, very cool.

Just some additional info. May not be helpful. I just found it interesting.
My copy of Sibelius (7.5.1) can't open the original mxl.
It can open the mxl produced by MU3 and MU4.
