Midi output feature

perhaps this is just flogging a dead horse..

I used to use Musescore 3 and it was wonderful. I do a lot of arranging for pipe organs with MIDI input, but alas it seems you can not assign MIDI channels at all. I am surprised (well perhaps not) that you have eliminated this feature. It would be very nice if you would put it back (perhaps the developers do not pay attention now that they want money for many things?)

I have read many posts from the last few years, and they just seem to fall on deaf ears, and the threads go nowhere.

Am I wrong?
